Girl's Camp
Hello fellow readers! How is everyone doing?! You must answer. ;)
There is this thing at our church called Girl's Camp that we do every year. And we have done so many fun things!! There is a theme to it each year. This years theme is evangelism. And we have leads about Missionaries, and even had a few come and speak about their experiences! It has been really neat. They also tell us our testimonies. Oh! And it's only a day camp, at our lil ol' church. :) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have lately been learning how to put a gospel presentation in our testimonies. How to evangelize by telling our testimonies. Where you tell why you need Christ and how you got saved. By adding scripture as well. It is really helpful! So it has gone really well. At first it was a little difficult, but now we pretty much have it all cleared out and everything. It is amazing how many countries need evangelism, and how much they really need it. It makes me want to go out evangelizing now! :)
And we have learned songs that are Bible verses! Thanks to Hannah C for praying the guitar! :) she is really good! But if I put videos on here of us all singing with her playing, then everyone might get me! ;) we sung the songs we learned for a Retirment home today, and I think it really made the people happy there! :)
So that's what I've been doing this week! Also, after the Retirment home, we went to go song for Peter Helms! Which to me was unexpected... And to a few others I believe. :) but he seemed pretty focused on us! (And there is like more than fifteen of us including the older girls helping keep us all in line :D.) And Peter was also trying to smile! :D he looked happy. :) and he looked like he wanted to say something as well. :) he is doing pretty good though! God is good! :)
As for WOH, we aren't going to be able to volunteer or take riding lessons for a while, maybe not until September...because it's just too hot for the students and the horses. And the volunteers!! :)
That's pretty much it for now!
God bless!
